About Island Stitch

Island Stitch is a mother-daughter collaboration born out of our love for coastal beauty, handmade craft, and meaningful tradition. Inspired by the timeless art of Nantucket weaving, we began our journey learning the technique from renowned fiber artist Sandy Owen. What started as a shared passion quickly evolved into something more, a way to create keepsakes that celebrate the charm of Rhode Island’s treasured Block Island.
